The standard delivery will typically be completed within 1-3 business days from the date of dispatch. However, faster delivery services are available as well -- Express Delivery ensures that your package will be delivered to you same day or next business day! However, please note that delivery times may vary based on the destination, current traffic conditions, and unforeseen circumstances.
Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery online.
If there are any issues with your delivery, such as delays, missing items, or damage, please contact both CHANG.E and Singpost. We will work to resolve any problems as swiftly as possible.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our return policy is designed to offer you peace of mind. We believe in transparent and hassle-free returns and exchanges to ensure that you can shop with confidence at Chang.E.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below:

- Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Exclusions: Final sale items, are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Return an Item

2. Prepare the Item: Pack the item securely with its original packaging and include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Ship the Item: Send the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
- Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is not in stock, a refund will be processed instead. We seek your understanding in this event.
- Request an Exchange: Contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange. Follow the same steps as for a return, and we will assist you in selecting a replacement item. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.
